Community-Led Housing Project Manager

Louise has been a Community Led Housing Project Manager at Homes of Our Own since October 2019. She is in the process of completing the training to become a Community Led Homes Accredited Advisor.

Prior to working at Homes of Our Own, Louise was a Neighbourhood Manager at a local Housing Association, with responsibility for carrying out housing management for a patch of approximately 900 homes. Louise has worked in the housing sector since 2008 and has experience in housing advice and homelessness, housing allocations and choice based lettings systems, and housing management. She has worked for two local Housing Associations in various roles including lettings, rents, anti-social behaviour and tenancy sustainment.

Louise is passionate about providing Community Led Housing and is keen to ensure that it is delivered to meet the community’s needs.
